Seattle Yachts has two Managing Broker positions available. One in our Anacortes, WA office and one in our Seattle, WA  office. 

As the Managing Broker of one of these offices, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth within the designated region. You will lead a team of dynamic sales professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity. You will also be responsible for growing your team, recruiting both veteran yacht sales professionals to join, as well as less experienced prospects that show potential.
